It's a warm environment. The staff are very kind and welcoming they remembered my name throughout. They went an extra mile to make me feel comfortable even gave me a hot water bottle and personalized welcome letter. It was a beautiful experience away from home.

I stayed here for a week. Great location. The room was very nice, clean, and well kept. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly - shoutout to Fridah! The hotel GM is readily accessible and ensures to check-in which each guest near-daily to ensure their stay is going well. Laundry was done same-day without issues. Parking is a breeze. Solid breakfast options, and dinner is good when you don't want to go out (though many items are not available, so check before sitting if you have dietary restrictions). My only minor complaints would be the lack of conditioner in the shower, and the difficult to use safe.

Spent the night here with a friend. The hotel is in the middle of town but pretty quiet and has a nice court yard, small restaurant, pool and small gym. My room had good ac and was clean, featured a king sized bed. House keeping comes by with a warm water bottle for the bed in the evenings. Everyone on staff from the manager to the desk to the restaurant were attentive and helpful. The room next to me was quite loud upon arriving and they moved me without hesitation.

We had a great short stay. We booked the hotel last minute without having done much research and were very pleasantly surprised. All the staff very incredibly friendly and warm, as well as genuinely helpful and able. Seemed very family friendly, but also peaceful enough for someone looking for a quiet place.

Great stay overall! The room was clean with a homey atmosphere, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. Slow Wi-Fi, but nothing major. Would definitely return.
